Wedding Info

Morris / Line Wedding | Round Hill Pines Resort
Friday, July 28, 2023,  4:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
*Ceremony begins at 4:30 p.m.*
We intentionally chose to celebrate on a Friday so that our friends and family could make a weeklong trip of our wedding (as many of you have never been to Tahoe). Also, as most flights out of the area are in the morning, we didn’t want you to leave our wedding premature on Saturday night to have to make an early morning Sunday flight! Read below for some more general info for your trip planning.
 Attire: Cocktail (No shorts, please)

Location

  • Our wedding will be held at Round Hill Pines Resort in Zephyr Cove, Nevada (300 US-50 Zephyr Cove, NV 89448)
  • It is less than 10 minutes away from Stateline, Nevada. We recommend staying in this general area.
  • We will provide a shuttle to and from our wedding venue from Stateline. We recommend using the shuttle due to limited parking. More info to follow on this; however, the shuttle will drop off in the Stateline area, so accommodations in that area are encouraged.
  • You are also welcome to taxi, Uber/Lyft, or drive to the wedding venue, but outside transportation is encouraged due to limited parking availability.
  • The venue is ADA-compliant and can make additional accommodations as requested.

Accommodations

Airports / Transportation

There are two airports within proximity to Lake Tahoe:

  • Reno (RNO)
    • Reno Tahoe International Airport
    • Reno is the closest airport to Tahoe (about 1 hour and 10 minutes).
    • There is an airport shuttle service from Reno to hotels in the Stateline area.
    • Unless you are flying in through Reno and only staying for a short time, we recommend renting a car. Lake Tahoe is beautiful and expansive. Having a rental car will provide you with the ultimate flexibility to explore!
  • Sacramento (SMF)
    • Sacramento International Airport
    • Sacramento is slightly further away (approximately 2 hours) but has more direct flights from the D.C. area.
    • Note: On Sundays, traffic can back up significantly when leaving Tahoe for the Sacramento area due to single-laned traffic in each direction. We suggest leaving very early Sunday or staying until Monday to avoid issues.
