Our Story

Every date thereafter focused on sports, the outdoors, food experiences, or live music. 

Since we've been dating, we've traveled all across the country and overseas to Morocco, Italy, Greece, Costa Rica, and South Africa.  

Instead of birthday gifts or Christmas presents on many holidays, we've opted for a plane ticket and adventures abroad!  

Last winter, we traveled out to Jamie's hometown of South Lake Tahoe for a quick ski trip and to visit Jamie's mom, Kerry. On an unassuming Friday afternoon, Brett asked Jamie to show him some of her favorite wintertime hideouts, including Valhalla near Camp Richardson Resort. After walking out to a point on the beach where the sand and snow meet the lake, Brett dropped down on one knee and asked the big question! Not a person was in sight, so we captured the above selfie moments after Brett proposed. Jamie has been smiling this big ever since!
